    "good, but can be excellent with few improvements"

    Pros

    easy installation
    many modules, facilities and services
    good admin control
    very convenient from clinics and small centers
    prices is affordable
    free trail for 21 days
    stable and didn't crash easily

    Cons

    can't customize the invoice layout, the invoice printed in 2 pages
    can't know who the employees that giving the appointment and made the invoice
    very slow in retrieving data when you have more than 10000 patients
    can't be customized
    the customer support are not efficient

    Summary

    overall its a good program with its price, it need much more improvement and they need to listen to customers and improve their software accordingly, i think they will make an excellent software if they listen.
