A 4th method of creatinine clearance estimation/calculation using the Levey equation has been added.
You may select which CrCl method is used as the default for carrying forward into the kinetics screens via the new "Preferences" screen.
Extensive error trapping (stopping user input errors from locking up the Palm or causing a fatal error or a divide by zero error caused when a required field is left blank) has been added.
Fixed a minor bug where one of the help text boxes was not filling out properly. Also, changed the serum creatinine units converter (small "c" next to the S.Cr. field) from the small "c" to the S.Cr. field label button. Tapping will convert umol/l to mg/dl.
