Attractive interface and easy to navigate

Not sure I believe some of what it reports. As a photographer I know when photos are rotated and the list that it shows is not accurate. Also, it arbitrarily removed much-needed plug-in's for my Adobe products. The fact that the program also wants to remove unused files of a month or longer is frightening!

Saved me a few gigabytes of space.
My MacPro did seem to boot a little faster.
Got rid of an annoying Shut Down hang that cropped up a couple of years ago (intermittent OS X 10.6.x issue)
Safari is definitely running better.Cons
Would have liked to see more recovered drive space, or a note on how and where to recover additional drive space.
Summary
Although the app seems to have cleared up a couple of annoying issues I had, I must have been keeping my Mac pretty cleaned up already (I've been my own IT department for the last 20 years, since I purchased my first Mac IIci in 1992).
I would definitely recommend this app to Mac users who don't understand the more technical side of the Apple Macintosh OS, but advanced Mac OS users may find it redundant. -
"Not "a lifetime license for $14.97""

It looks like it works, but I used only the trial version which is limited.
Cons
When I went to purchase, the lifetime license was nearly $30, not $14.97. I would have paid $14.97 but I think $30 is too much money for this kind of application.

Used CleanMyMac several years & does super cleanup with no problems. They update it quite often. Pay version is good FOREVER, or at least was when i bought.

Pros
Gets rid of GIGs of uneccessary material. Has worked flawlessly for me for a couple of years on my PPC G5 machines. Wouldn't be without it. There is nothing to think or worry about with the decision to use it.
Cons
None that I am aware of in all this time of its use.
Summary
Best software for this purpose for the money. The intro was free which I only have to pay to purchase now.

Works quickly and does what it says; always removes several GB worth of junk from my Mac.
Cons
I just bought the lifetime licence after using it for 6 months, for £24.95, only to find out that it's $14.95 in the US for the same thing.
$14.95 = £9.96, so why did I pay nearly 3x the amount of the same product? (Especially given the irony that I paid with a U.S. bank card as I'm from the U.S.).
I wish I'd known this before I purchased! I *am* happy with the product but not happy with the price difference. Unless the UK version comes with some super-duper-secret-options that the U.S. one doesn't. Which I doubt. -

1. First thing it is very "user friendly" easy to use: one or two clicks to make necessary subprogramm to work;
2. Not only it uninstalls out of use programms, but chase down most of the traces they usually leave: a lot of programms that stay a while on my Mac was unable to do this.
3. And works quickly: I don't get a chance to make a cup of tea as before. Damn, I need a cup of tea right now.Cons
1. You still have to pay for the programm. It is sad, really. I know people should be awarded for WHAT they've done, but still.
2. You can activate and use only one copy of CMM (if you don't have a multiple license).Summary
One of the greatest uninstallers I've crossed on both Mac and PC. Price still bites a little, but it worth buying and paying
