Version: Classic FTP for Mac 1.06
"Worked perfect for what I needed it and very easy"
Pros: at the firs approach it let me in and download the files I was looking for with similar applications.

Pros: It's easy to use with an uncomplicated interface that's quick to learn.
Cons: My big gripe that made this program instantly unusable to me is the inability to upload from external drives attached to my mac.

Cons: It connects to your ftp, but that's about it... the rest is total crap and doesn't work!

Version: Classic FTP for Mac 1.06
Cons: It will "syncronize" an entire folder, uploading the entire thing to your website, but the capabilitty to upload single files does not exist. The button remains greyed out, and it just doesn't work.

"Not that easy to get to know at first"
Pros: Once I got it to work,it was fine, although not as intuitive as mac programs usually are.I had to seek help from more knowledgeable persons as the help supplied wasn't helpful at all.
Cons: No help under the help menu. Defaulted to Mac Classic which isn't on my computer! Being a total novice I didn't know what it was supposed to do or how it was supposed to work, so I had big problems getting started.
Summary: I would like this product to come with either an online manual, or better still, a pdf manual that can be printed out. The help supplied assumed prior knowledge of the program or at least prior knowledge of FTP clients.As a complete novice, it was li... read more
