"Looks very promising, but could be better"

Summary
These guys are really on to something. Managing web site content for novices is a gap that needs to be filled by reasonably priced, easy to use software. CityDesk almost makes it. My only criticism is that it has been designed by web site build professionals. For the novice who just wants to manage web site content without needing to know html or a professional web design tool, there are some omissions. For example, design of templates and cascading style sheets are beyond the capabilities of some who might want to use CityDesk. They need a wizard or two to help them create these things. Certainly more sample templates and CSSs are required because there is only one of each provided and it requires too much work to get up and going without them.
