Cinema Craft Encoder Basic (CCE-Basic) is high performance and production level software MPEG-1/2 encoder. CCE-Basic converts AVI and QuickTime files into MPEG-2 or MPEG-1 format. CCE-Basic comprises standalone and Adobe Premiere plug-in. Both are included in the setup program. Features: (1)Automatic MPEG adaptation for DVD/VCD/SVCD (2)Batch Conversion (3) Inverse 3:2 pulldown (4) Constant Bitrate (CBR) and Variable Bitrate (VBR) encoding.
