"Quick and easy to us. Love it."
Version: Cinch 1.0.6
Pros
Quick and easy to use. This was the Windows 7 feature that I missed desperately when I went back to using a Mac. I am thankful to the creators of Cinch!
Cons
My computer went a little whacky when I was using this yesterday. I had to close my programs out of it. It was fine after I reopened the programs. I guess there are still a few hiccups.

"Exactly what I was looking for"
Version: Cinch 1.0.6
Pros
I was looking for a split screen program for a while now. Resizing your windows is like a chore. Cinch makes it all possible without the hassle. I love it. It is so easy to use. It's easy to get the windows in and out of split screen mode.
Cons
so far there is none.
Summary
This is the program to go to if you were jealous of the "snap" feature in Windows 7. Be jealous no more with Cinch.

"Get it. So great."
Version: Cinch 1.0.4
Pros
Easy to use, awesome for keeping things organized and comparing windows.
Cons
Pop-up gets a little annoying if you don't pay the 7$, but thats kind of the point.
Summary
Get it.I saw this feature for windows 7 and I thought, "I can't believe that there is something that windows has that I feel really let down for not having on my mac." So i googled it and sure enough, the awesome people at irradiated software made it for mac. It is really great and makes organizing and arranging windows much quicker. I went ahead and paid the 7$ to license the software so I didn't get the pop-up every 2 or 3 times it started up. Definitely worth it. The developers deserve it for making it available. Absolutely recommend it for any mac user.

"Finally, the last good thing about Windows 7 on Mac!"
Version: Cinch 1.0.4
Pros
Fixes the one thing I miss about Windows 7 - automatically sizing windows in a nicely intuitive fashion.
Cons
Would love to see the product automatically size two or more windows across the screen real-estate.
Summary
The only thing I can think of that I miss from Windows now that I am a Mac-a-holic is the ability to simply adjust/snap the size of windows. I wish this could simply and automatically snap two or three windows across the screen width, similar to the way Opera does ("Arrange tiles (tabs) vertically").
