Version: Ciirus Property Manager 2.0
"Good product for managing my vacation rental property"
Pros: Property Manager has some great features and easy to use. It will build an instant web site, manages all my bookings, availability, create instant quotes for my online potential guests, calculates taxes and communications, all from one application.
Cons: The make downloadable screen saver feature costs $25
Summary: Property Manager has some great features and easy to use. It will build an instant web site, manages all my bookings, availability, create instant quotes for my online potential guests, calculates taxes and communications, all from one application.
So far it's the only product I've found that does the management and marketing all from the same software. It allows me to change my web site images instantly. This save me money not having to employ web designers to make small changes to my site.
A choice of templates are available to change the look and feel of my web site and the application has a built in web site editor which is easy to use. A choice of animated image galleries and video players are available too.
It stores and calculates information for each booking, including payments in and out, pool/spa heating, cleaning fees and taxes. The rates for creating online quotes for different times of the year can be customized.
The home automation feature lets you remotely control the locks, and temperature of the property if them home has compatible Zwave automation products installed.
