Excellent program, works perfectly.
You seem to need to set windows' internet connection settings to 'never dial a connection'. Before I did this, windows messed things up for me.
The only thing lacking is a timer of some sort, so I can set it to go online at night, and disconnect in morning. Other than that, 'it does exactly what it says on the tin'. -

This program is great for dial-up connections where you are disconnected every couple of hours. I can now leave my PC on overnight and not worry about disconnections.

This is a great program, I ive been using it for about +2weeks and I think more than ever its great, it never crashes and its so easy to use..

having a ISP that hangs up every two hours was very annoying, downloads not done when you wake up etc but this is small, simple and does what it says on the tin, just what every 56k downloader needs, 10 out of 10

I was looking for a tiny free application to dial my adsl connection when I start my PC, CiDial is perfect for this. Takes up pratically no RAM too, + will re-dial if my connectiono drops good for large P2P files.
