    "Good but . . ."

    November 1, 2009  |   By xaf135raven

    Version: Chromium 5.0.375.127

    Pros

Quick and easy to use. RoboForm can be used with additional free adapter (unlike Chrome which does not).

    Cons

Crashes way too often; usually when opening a second window, such as when replying to an email.

    Summary

Wait until they get the bugs out of it.

    "Suks as a browser!!"

    August 28, 2009  |   By solo247

    Version: Chromium 5.0.375.127

    Pros

it does install rather easily, and is light weight, launches quickly as well.

    Cons

has not feature to speak of, and even lacking a menu bar. You are lost where to go once the browser is launched. Cant find homepage, and it has lousy capabilities at importing bookmarks. Worst yet, it doesn't automatically load any bookmarks at all!

    Summary

    not recommended!

"Unzip & go, light weight & fast."

    August 3, 2009  |   By stephen9968

    Version: Chromium 5.0.375.127

    Pros

Unzip and go anywhere, no lengthy installation or hidden update processes to worry about. Can be used from USB or other portable devices with only 28 Mb folder size. Its speed, even with limited resources or connection speeds it performs excellently.

    Cons

    Haven?t discovered any as yet.

    Summary

Although I?ve used this browser in the past, I got used to using Google?s version for some time. Now switching back I find it hard to believe how quick and easy this thing is to use in comparison. Whilst it may look and function identically to Chrome it certainly comes with a lot less fuss and no updater?s to worry about. As it comes without any extras attached, it fires up quicker than any other browser I?ve used, even from portable devices start up time is minimal. When using it on limited connections such as Mobile internet there seems to be no fuss such as pages taking an age to load or loss of some data. Chromium seems too iron out these rather than take too long or time itself out.
