"Very handy program for data backups"

    June 4, 2013  |   By rickkevey

    Version: Cheetah DVD Burner 2.57

    Pros

Our company has a site license and we use the cheetah dvd burner every day. when work is completed we back it up on a DVD. It is nice to have a have copy of your files. The program is very useful because it has an option to import the last session, of your burned files so you can continually add new files to the DVD.

    Cons

Not cons it does its job

    Summary

Very handy program for data backups

"Locks up after trying to add files"

    May 25, 2013  |   By sdtex

    Version: Cheetah DVD Burner 2.57

    Pros

    Cool looking logo

    Cons

It locks up everytime I try to add a file to burn and have to use Task Manager to close. Every single time. Their website is terrible with a few FAQ which tells you how to use and no real support except to send them an e-mail. Sent an e-mail and haven't heard back yet. Is there aywhere to go for help??

    February 24, 2013  |   By Stantheman1701

    Version: Cheetah DVD Burner 2.57

    Pros

It converts many formats to DVD.

    Cons

This free version did not have the features for creating an on-screen DVD menu as compared to the free version of "SoThink Movie DVD Maker".

    Summary

I would rather use "SoThink Movie DVD Maker".

    Pros

"Very easy to work with and easy to understand"

    September 11, 2012  |   By flyingchicken753

    Version: Cheetah DVD Burner 2.57

    Pros

Straight forward user interface, that is easy to pick up. basically just drag the files from the windows explorer side to the burner / DVD side. I like the small learning curve, that doesn't require many clicks. bottom line it is easy to use

    Cons

I could not find an Automatic update option, not sure but that is relatively minor it seems to work good.

    Summary

Bottom line it is easy to use, especially for a novice like me

    "Excellent Burner"

    September 11, 2012  |   By lindachee

    Version: Cheetah DVD Burner 2.57

    Pros

It has a lot of options, and it works on a variety of operating systems. The cheetah dvd is a great program for backing up files or, burning an ISO. It also has some handy options like viewing an ISO and creating an ISO file. Another option that I use for boot disc's is the raw copy. This is an excellent burner program.

    Cons

    limited boot disc options
