Version: Cheetah DVD Burner 1.77
"Still remains not multilingual"
Pros: Adequate burner with poor inderface. It targets only to the English speaking people, as it is not a multilingual program.
It is quite a big program (10MB installer) while other ones, been much smaller they do the job as good as this, and they are multilingual.
Cons: 1) As a burner, it requires big space on the HD.
2) Poor interface.
3) Not competitive with some other ones as it is not multilingual.
Therefore, my suggestion is: Look for an other burner

"Great burner... Quick and painless..."
Pros: In one word: Simplicity
Cons: Simplicity means you can't perform complicated tasks with it so if you need something straightforward, this is it.

"Does what it says and does it well."
Pros: A good reliable CD/DVD burning software that does exactly what you want it to, and only what you want it to, without a lot of fuss. It's light, it's resource-friendly, and it has yet to elevate my blood pressure like the big red bloatware I was using prior to this.
It's so refreshing to see a good solid burning app like this being offered once again. Exactly what I was looking for.
Cons: No cons yet, no coasters, no complaints. Have burned quite a few CD's and DVD's now without a hitch. Like another user mentioned, be sure your drive's firmware is up-to-date, don't buy crap media, and you should have no troubles at all.

Version: Cheetah DVD Burner 1.77
"Great barebones DVD burning software"
Pros: Very simple, easy to use interface with good documentation. No fancy (and unnecessary) extras you won't use anyway clogging up the screen. The program does exactly what it claims: puts data on a DVD or CD quickly and easily.
Supports a wide range of media, including dual layer DVDs. You can make data, audio, or video disks on nearly any type of writable CD or DVD with just a few clicks. The only thing easier to use would be an Explorer plug-in.
Cons: When making a project, only the total size is shown. There's no display of how much space is left on the DVD and no warning if you exceed the disk's capacity.
There was an error when burning dual layer DVDs using an older drive, but a firmware update fixed it. Be sure you are using a current firmware version when burning DL media.
