Version: Cheetah DVD Burner 1.71
"Best DVD burner I have ever used!"
Pros: Software is very easy to use. Burn speeds are very fast. I have used several other software burner programs and this is by far the best program! I highly reccommend it to everyone.

Version: Cheetah DVD Burner 1.71
"Very fast, and effective CD burner"
Pros: Ease of use was a major plus, and I like the fact that it doesnt take to many system resources. As I am a hardcore gamer, I dont really have time to wait for each CD, runs great in the background on my Windows PC.

Version: Cheetah DVD Burner 1.71
"Small, fast, and gets the job done - at a great price"
Pros: After buying a new DVD burner, I found that my ancient version of Nero wouldn't recognize it. Went to look for an updated version of Nero - guess what? They turned it into some sort of monster application suite that takes over your entire system, AND they want a fair bit of money for it. All the competitors to Nero - same story. No thanks - my system is full of Adobe software to work with audio and video - I just needed something to burn discs.
Cheetah is small, does what it claims to do, and doesn't load your PC down with "value add" features that you don't need. The user interface was simple enough for my wife to figure out, the built-in help was clear, and it has burned several discs now without error. I wish more software vendors could take the approach of building software for a particular purpose, and making that software work well (are you listening Nero, RealPlayer, the HP printer software people, etc...?)
I could not find any major features missing, and even found some nice surprises such as the ability to make a CD-ROM bootable. Previous software I used didn't have that feature.
Cons: I would like to see some more detailed status displays when burning. For example, "1.6 GB out of 2.4 written", estimated time remaining, and that sort of thing. The progress bar is OK but I'd like an idea of when I should come back to my computer.
I would like to see a DVD Copy feature - not necessarily for copying encrypted DVDs but for copying everything else.

Version: Cheetah DVD Burner 1.71
"This is a fantastic product!"
Pros: The Cheetah DVD Burner is one of the easiest softwares I've ever used. It was quick to download, and easy to use. I had no problem burning backup copies of all of my DVD's, and I didn't have to know a lot about the technical aspects of using it, like other more complicated software. I would reccommend this to anyone currently in the market for a DVD Burning software that's a snap!
Cons: I have no problems with this software, except that it only took 3 days of the 14-day trial period to decide that I wanted the full version.
