Version: Chaos Manager 2.23
Pros: What I really like about this product is its clean and compact interface. Its not too cluttered and makes information handling a breeze. You have some interesting skins to try out. The calendar functionality is pretty cool, and very useful if you're not running something like Outlook, or any other PIM for that matter. The Contact List is also fairly comprehensive with a lot of form fields. And a big plus is that its free.
Cons: I really don't like the software not having a todo list. You can achieve that by using the Notebook feature, but if you do use the program, you'll realise its just not the same thing. And the Calculator button is a disaapointment. All it does is open up the Windows calculator. I was hoping for a customised and integrated thing.

Version: Chaos Manager 2.23
Pros: I've used lots of programs, but this one is my favorite. Great layout, the interface is very user-friendly, program does just what you need without a bunch of clutter, the alarm never fails me, the customizable notebook rocks (we all love control), and it even lets you add your own wallpaper to the main menu (try the "blue glass" skin over the wallpaper - very cool looking). There is a new update/patch on publisher's website, "Chaos Manager 2". Would provide web address, but CNet doesn't permit it, so just google it.
Cons: Haven't encountered any in the last three months.

"Complete and thorough application!"
Pros: I'm able to keep track of my appointments, to-do list, calendar and phone/address book at both work and home. It's easily updated, customizable and packs a lot for a little freeware program.
Cons: You need to have a server/ftp access if you want to keep updated between two pc's. Nifty feature if you already have a server.
