Version: CastRipper 2.50.7
"easy to use wonderfull program with a nice skin to top it off+it's free!"
Pros: the ease of use is great,just drag a file in and start recording
the options to automaticly seperate the tracks by name,time,size,......
automaticly skips songs you already have if you want it to.
it has a nice dark skin wich matched my desktop and winamp theme.
displays the ip your capturing from with current filesize and name.
exelent audio quality .
small in size,.... it's just a top program
it's free!!!(don't we all like that ? :-) )
Cons: the only thing i found missing was an option to stream from a url or ip
and maybe some other skins for the people who don't like a dark theme (there is a blue one also included but doesn't look as good )

"Excelent stability, easy to operate."
Pros: redords and "edits" the clips on the stream with the title and additional metadata that is "tagged" onto the audio file, into individual audio files. Also runs on linux under Wine. Powerful for the small size. I had 12 streams recording at the same time!!! LOVE IT!!!

Cons: Probably due a proxy, I can't load anu url. There are no options to configure a proxy
