From Renee Borsari:
Do you have more than one credit card offering cashback rewards? Do you have a difficult time remembering which card to use under which circumstance? Cashback Maximizer is here to help. Simply enter your credit card names (no numbers required) and then enter information about any current or upcoming rewards. Thereafter, whenever you are preparing to spend, simply select the appropriate category (for example, Department Stores or Restaurants) and Cashback Maximizer will show you which cards currently have active rewards and how much, thus helping you to get the most from your credit card rewards.DISCLAIMER: Cashback Maximizer is not meant to encourage run-away use of credit cards, but only in as much as the cards are a convenience and a way to receive cashback rewards. The best policy is to pay off all charges during a billing period at the end of that period. Be sure to check out our other app, 'Spend Control', which aims to help keep spending within appropriate bounds.
Thank you to Spider3909 for the review and for pointing out the need to also list, when selecting a category, the credit cards that have base cashback percentages for all purchases at all times. That suggestion is implemented in this version. And as an adjunct to the above new functionality, a new built-in category named "All Other Purchases" has been added. This category will show up if there are any credit cards with base cashback percentages. To provide additional suggestions and feedback, feel free to use the 'Send Feedback' button at the bottom of the 'More' section.
