good features when they work
Cons
every time they upgrade, new problems occur which they will tell you are your fault then after 2 years and an upgrade they are magically fixed. Tech support never knows if you are paid up and the salesman Tony Scarpa takes days to get back to you.

Ah Mr Scarpa, that is why I am happy to work with Mr Sheridan. Rule of thumb with the pcA software is to never upgrade unless there is an issue. Most of the time new features don't fit into present operations, they require you to change your business operations to make them work. If you are in the black, customers are happy and employees are efficient do not allow any updates, upgrades, patches, ect.
