Version: Carbonite Online Backup 3.6
"Not wonderful"
Pros: Started out relatively simple to use.
Cons: Cannot reinstall; will soon be dropped
Summary: No longer a 'safe bet' for me.

I'm now on my 3rd "support" person just trying to download the program. The first support person stated "Agent (Peter): "My resources are bit slow, please bear with me."" That is a direct copy/paste. After many repeated failed attempts, I give up. I'm exceptionally happy that I didn't buy it outright before trying it first.
Do not get sucked into slick advertising.
