"Brilliant and never fails"

Been using it since 2008 and it's probably the only tool that has never failed in that time. Does exactly what I want and is faster to use than SnagIt which is clunky and slow compared to CWZ.
Easy to capture static or scolling, easy to save, sticky notes are uber-useful. For work and personal computing, Capturewiz is one of three products I could not live without and always the first I install when changing computers (the other two are Memeo instant backup and Messagesave for saving Outlook messagesCons
None. A couple of times, some finance sites use some security thing to blank out the screen when I initiate screen capture, which is extremely annoying and not CapturewiZ fault but worth mentioning in case Pixelmetrics are listening!
Summary
Just buy it. For the price it is more than worth it. One review said it was too expensive and had lots of flaws - not sure if he was using the right software because it's not expensive and has no issues I have experienced.
