Canaware NetNotes is a free offline browser of sorts that captures and saves your favorite Web pages. But thanks to a glitch that caused the program to continually shut down on us, we were never able to get very far.
The program has a very basic user interface design with menu and command buttons at the top, and a tree-menu on the left side of the window that displays your Web page libraries. When first activated, a wizard walked us through the process of creating a new library, but that's as far as we got. The program froze on us and eventually shut down. Subsequent tests had the same outcome and we were never able to access any of the program's features, including the Help menu.
If you're looking for an offline browser, we recommend that you keep looking for one that is more stable.

From Canaware :Canaware NetNotes, also known as Web page saver, Web page captor, and Web page organizer, is a handy tool, which offers you the ability to capture and save your favorite Web page into your own knowledge base. You can capture the whole Web page or the portion you like, such as image, specific paragraphs, source code snippet in a Web page by right-clicking in Internet Explorer and the potential dangerous scripts hidden in the Web page will be removed automatically. You can also download the targets of the hyperlinks in the Web page as the attachments to the article, such as zipped source file, Web page, and pictures. Version 5.2 is a bug fixing release.

"5.2 Version works GREAT with Vista!!!!"
Pros: Finally, a webpage organizer that organizes the info I research with different types of options for me of how or what I want to save the info from sites. Now my files read as if it is a book! It is very easy to use! Great Job!!!

Pros: I like this software, it simple and easy to use but help me organize my massive webpages efficiently. Version 5.2 works fine on Vista now.
Cons: I hope it will offer making notes functionality on the folder level next version.
