Can I smoke? is a very helpful app which can help you quit smoking effectively by slowly increasing the time between smokes to the point where you can quit completely if you choose to. We believe there is no greater system out there.
Any time you feel the need for a smoke, run the app and click the "Can I Smoke?" button. The program will then calculate whether enough time has passed. The more smokes you have, the longer you will have to wait for your next cigarette. You can adjust the "Quit Speed" in the settings by clicking the settings button on the top right. As you use this program and wean yourself off of the nicotine addiction you will start to feel and breathe better, enjoy foods more so than you have, and most of all, you will start living much healthier. Quitting now will greatly reduce your risk of cigarette related health issues.
