    Cons

    This is a disaster, have tried for 18 months to get it to work, installs ok but when I try to use it, it comes up with an error and shuts down. Have uninstalled it, cleaned the registery and reinstalled, and have been doing since version4.94 which did work, but since that upgrade nothing worked. Have tried to get help but nothing, this in my opinion is not worth the money I paid to go to Pro, my suggestion is that steer clear there are other better messaging/video services out there.
