Pros: iChat AV is lacking in the multi-user videoconferencing department. I really enjoy Camfrog, plus I can talk to my Windoze friends. :)

Pros: The pro's, so far universally, is the customer service when you choose the option to go to the Pro level. Also, the taste test of this chat software is so "eye candy" addictive that I always beckoned it to be ported on a more stable OS (like Mac). You will quickly opt for the pennies needed to upgrade this software to Pro. VERY GOOD INVESTMENT!!! FYI!! I had to get the Pro on my Windows OS, to challenge my system, and at the same time, relax and enjoy being a voyeur, appreciating a 100 video streams on 2 monitors simultaneously ! The OSX version of Camfrog software is responsive, trusting, and visually "lick-able".
Cons: It took so darn long for Camfrog software to be ported on a Macintosh OS!
Some benefits from Camfrog on Windows OS version are not on the Macintosh version.
