Version: CalorieKing Nutrition and Exercise Manager 4.0.4
"Pretty well done, but on major omission"
Pros: Intuitive, GUI easy to use.
Flexible goal definition.
Track changes in weight, body measurements.
Nice graphical reports.
Nice "as you type" search of food libraryCons: Building new foods from existing foods in the DB (such as recipe) could be better.
Exercise subtracts from calorie allotment, but not that of carbs/fat/protein, possibly making it hard to maintain desired percentages of eachSummary: When you create a custom food, it just wants you to enter the calories, sodium, carbs, etc. I was hoping you could build a custom food using other ingredients in the DB.
