Could not get the software to work long enough to find any

Web site does not open, program continually crashes, basicly worthless in its current format. Not sure how anyone else got this to work. even some of the tip screens are outside of the window.

I would stay away from this software untill someone gets the bugs worked out....and there are ALOT of bugs

Allows users to plan a week's meals, automatically provides nutritional information and calorific values for each item, provides totals for each meal and for full day. Large database provided and can also input user's own food.
Cons
Lacks adequate instruction/help information - need to "discover as you go". Also need to remember to save files each time, or loose input data.

It gives you a great report of your daily nutrient intakes, making it easy to spot the good points and your problem areas in your diet.
Cons
I can't speak for other operating systems, but while running it on XP it crashes constantly, often loosing the information you've just entered.
Summary
It would be a great diet tool, bringing the functionality of the many online diet journals right to your desktop, but it is far too buggy to be functional. Perhaps a future release will remedy this, but as of version 4.0.8, the product is too unstable to use.

Pros
Food Log has a good database can manually add your own food if not in the database. Exercise tracker has many different exercise to choose from. can also add your own exercise. Journal to track moods, calculates you bmr. Great for weight loss.
Cons
Once you complete food entry, its important to save the file. The program will suddenly pop up a message stating diets has stop working and you must close out if you have saved your file your ok but if not you lose everything and must start again
Summary
overall excellent program. I would actually pay for this program if they could fix the diets not working thing. The program calculates your bmr and give you estimated weight loss based on calories in and out. I recommend this.
