"Buggy program."

Pros
Free. Some parts of program actually work. Retrieves call info from modem OK. Ability to block all calls based on day of the week and time of day is unique feature.
Cons
Poor program performance, doesn't actually block calls. Caller name, number, and action not listed in log. No user help info. Program is buggy, inadequately tested. Caused my Windows XP to hang and refuse to shut down.

Pros
Pretty close to nothing.
Cons
It lets you add numbers only one at a time. Seems to block all calls not just the ones in the block list. Has a feature to block by time but doesn't tell you what the time intervals apply to - all calls or just the block list.
Summary
Has a space for name and another space for number in the call log screen but the number shows in the name field when called by a land line and no name or number appears when called from a cell phone. That renders the log feature unnecessary. All things considered, it seems to be a very amateurish effort.
