Publisher's description of Calculator.NET
From Alec Seward:From the developer: "Calculator.NET is an enhanced version of the standard calculator in Microsoft Windows. Calculator.NET uses RPN (Reverse Polish Notation), which is used by many pocket calculators, e.g. from HP. If you have used a HP 28/32/42/48, or any other RPN calculator, you will feel right at home. Some of the enhancements included are: RPN, more functions, and improved use interface. This program is completely free."

Version: Calculator.NET 1.11
Pros: very functional, if you like RPN format it is great. Although i have to say i like the styled functional look of a HP design, as seen in another RPN calculator.
Cons: The visual interface is not pretty.

Version: Calculator.NET 1.11
"perfect - my HP 42s is getting old - this works much the same - easy transition"
Pros: Quick, easy, useful tool. Installed perfectly. Intuitive interface if you've used an HP RPN calculator.

Version: Calculator.NET 1.11
Pros: The command line is separate from the stack, which is excellent. The window is resizable.
Cons: There is no Drop button keyboard shortcut, no thousands separator, does not use system comma, strangely the stack is loaded from the top.

Version: Calculator.NET 1.11
Pros: This calculator is large, resizable, and the colors can be adjusted. I wanted one because the Windows calculator was too small and awkward for me. I haven't used RPN since 1982 and will not be doing advanced calculations on it. (So I can't speak to the some of the issues addressed in other reviews.)
I wanted a big, free calculator that could work in Hex and Binary and that is what I got.
Cons: It does take a few moments to load on my 900 mz machine. This really doesn't bother me. I?d like it if the 10 key portion was a little larger then the rest of the keys just to make it a bit easier to focus on the pad. I?d also like to be able to change the font size on the buttons. None of these things are much a problem.

Version: Calculator.NET 1.11
"Skip it...Try Excalibur instead"
Summary: Too flaky and too many errors. I would recommend Excalibur instead (an oldie but goodie in my mind).
