Very basic -- Great for someone just entering the employment market.
Cons
Extremely simplistic program (do not confuse 'simplistic' with 'easy-to-use = simple') which actually hurts a job seeker w/ some employment under their belt. Better off doing this yourself rather than w/ this program if you have worked before.

Does give very basic idea as to where to start if you really haven't got a clue.
Cons
Very, very basic - does not include everything you should have in a CV - most people could do a far better version , by themselves, in about 2 minutes.
