Pros
Although experienced webdesigners can easily whip up a good looking css-based menu, this program is a great time-saver. There's plenty of premade designs, from horizontals to verticals, and even include various tab designs that are hard to create. The menus come in several states that can be easily changed. You can have the normal 'up' state, the 'down' state, and the 'hover' state. This is a challenge for those inexperienced at making css menus, but even beginners can create great-looking css-based menus with this program. Best of all it's free! There's nothing to lose but time to save, really.
Cons
Changes are not reflected in real-time so you have to constantly press the 'refresh' button everytime you make a change to the css menus.
