Tried to contact the company 4x via their form and direct support email with pre-sales questions with no direct or automated response. Checked spam filters-nothing there. So we're wary about spending money on a product that will receive no support.
Summary
We're holding off on any purchases because of the apparent unresponsiveness of the company.
Update: Company contacted me and said they were busy working on a new version of the software and had to get caught up on emails. Thanks for the honest answer. After getting a few emails answering questions about the software, I'd like to up the rating to 4. Seems like a small company trying to make a good product. Found a few areas of the app where I thought: "wouldn't it be nice if I could...", and found a button for that. Still reviewing it, but it looks promising.
