"Brilliant - EASILY worth the license fee"
Version: CDRoller 9.30.80
Pros
Your product has pretty much saved my life!
I had tried many different ways, but in the end, CD roller was the only software that could recover the contents of a mini DVD from a finalise-errored disc, AND then conveniently drop all the clips into separate video files.
The disc in question was a once-shot amateur music video shoot, we didnt have the resources to shoot it again, so when the *@%$%ing camcorder chewed the disc up my heart stopped for about ten seconds and I went cold.
CD roller solved it all, no issues.
WOW
JUST WOW
thank you so much!!!!!! EASILY worth £30.Cons
none whatsoever

"Very Pleased!"
Version: CDRoller 9.30.50
Pros
This program saved me many hours of rework, I just finished my taxes and was putting them on a disc and the power went out and I wasn't able to access any of my files, the disc said it was blank, but with CDRoller I was able to retrieve all of my files back again. So thanks again for the great program. Well worth the $30.

"You saved the day!"
Version: CDRoller 9.30.50
Pros
We had a Sunday Youth Service on a DVD that failed to finalize - I was absolutely delighted to find this product, and how easy it was to work with and most of all, that it saved the files when nothing else we tried was working - you didn't save just data - you saved a memory that could never be recreated - priceless! The questions I had were answered immediately by tech support, with additional information that was extremely helpful along the way
Cons
There was a slight sub-second delay between audio and video after we created the mpg file, but nothing we couldn't live with.
Summary
Could not be more delighted

"Worked as advertised"
Version: CDRoller 9.20.60
Pros
Did the job. I had a DVD with photos that the label had been messed up on.
Cons
Worked fine. I thought it was a low blow to pay $39 after using the trial version for a trial read when it was offered at $31 before the trial.
Summary
Worked for m.

"Great experience with this company"
Version: CDRoller 9.10.98
Pros
Great customer service, I was walked through every step and got quick responses. They helped me retrieve my daughter's baptism that we thought was lost on our mini DVD.
Cons
Nothing because I retrieved my video!
Summary
Definitely would recommend, I would pay any money to not lose those memories you can't do over! I also didn't have to buy it until I definitely knew there was files to be found on the DVD.

"CDRoller is effective and simple to use."
Version: CDRoller 9.10.70
Pros
After the analysis I was able to recover all my lost files (Documents, pictures and video).
Cons
CDRoller took a little while to analyze the CD which I expect to be short
Summary
CDRolleI is real. I used it and was able to recover all my lost files (pictures, video etc). If I've recovered all lost data with CDRoller software, then what percentage other than 100% would go it.

"CDRoller deletes files"
Version: CDRoller 9.10.70
Pros
I only tried CD-RW recovery, which deleted files.
Cons
Deletes files from CD-RWs.
Summary
I read an old CD-RW on my old Windows 2000 computer and decided that I wanted to access the files on my new Windows 7 laptop. After some research, I learned that Windows 7 doesn't support UDF (the file system on the CD-RW) and that I'd need CDRoller to be able to read it. So I installed CDRoller on the laptop and used it to scan the CD-RW, and it couldn't read it. I put the CD back into my Windows 2000 computer, and 3/4 of the files that had been on it were gone. If you try to recover an old CD or DVD using CDRoller and it succeeds in reading some files, don't rest assured that those are all of the files that used to be on it.

"Successfully recovered over 200 master photographs."
Version: CDRoller 9.10
Pros
Supurb technical support help me to recover over 200 photographs from a corrupted CD. Really excellent software, worth every penny!
Cons
None! CDRoller does what it says it will.
Summary
If only other software writers/companies supported their products as CDRoller is supported there would be far fewer frustrated users.

"Retrieves homemade TV DVDs; excellent customer support"
Version: CDRoller 9.00.80
Pros
Inexpensive, easy to use, effective, and excellent customer support. At
program end a Magnavox VCR/DVD recorder said 'Cannot record to this disc E 3
28031100' and purged all prior recordings. CDRoller retrieved them and the
last one too.Cons
The new DVD has no menu. Must use skip buttons to jump between episodes.
Cannot record anything else even if DVD+RW. Must have some 5 gigabytes free
for recovery. Recovery disc should not be DVD-RW or might not be readable
in recorders.Summary
A valuable addition to my toolbox. CDRoller does for DVDs what Spinrite
does for hard drives. When you're lucky, they both retrieve data that other
utilities say are damaged beyond recovery. And the customer support is
simply amazing. Before I purchased, I had emailed to inquire as to whether
there was any hope of recovery. Within a few hours, I had a detailed set of
instructions on how to find out, and even an offer for a trial key. In my
case, the software did need a few hours (overnight) to recover, but it
actually worked, and I could hardly believe my eyes to find those damaged
recordings were retrieved in perfect condition. Highly recommended.
