Pros: None
Cons: This product is a dud. Don't be fooled. It won't even detect a disk once inserted. Even their support email address on their site seems dodgy, as the link is a farce. I even tried to cut and paste it, but even that doesn't work. Crapware.

Pros: Reclaimed a damaged video i spent hours on; just couldn't get about the last 5 minutes. What could be better for free?

Pros: it installs easily enough, and seems to go through the motions, but has yet to recover a single byte from any disk i've tried
Cons: not very fast, took 6 hours to scan a single dvd, and recovered nothing

"works great in Vista, if you can see the file"
Pros: The program recovered files I thought were lost. It worked great.
Cons: It took its time, and could've used some more cosmetic display to show what it was doing. - but it worked!
