Pros: None
Cons: This product is a dud. Don't be fooled. It won't even detect a disk once inserted. Even their support email address on their site seems dodgy, as the link is a farce. I even tried to cut and paste it, but even that doesn't work. Crapware.

Pros: it installs easily enough, and seems to go through the motions, but has yet to recover a single byte from any disk i've tried
Cons: not very fast, took 6 hours to scan a single dvd, and recovered nothing

Pros: It is a very good software to recover data from CD and DVD, even from a broken CD
Cons: It is slow to recover DVD. It makes folders on its own for the recoverd file.

It should only recover a file rather than giving the path of recovered file.

Cons: It works, but extremely slow recovery speed. It is taking more than 3 hours in recovering 145 video data from CD-ROM.
