    "Program is so so - Tech support ignores you"

    Pros

    In many ways is not a bad program

    Cons

    Does not read CD tracks correctly when reading MP3 tags. Labels prinnted out for DVD covers are to small
    Over a number iof attermpts to contact suopport with no response I will trash this program and buy from some-one else

    Summary

    Better ignoring it.

    AFAIK, we haven't replied timely to only one of your e-mails that we did receive (from the reasons explained in private e-mail). Still, we should have responded with at least few words, so I guess this comment is deserved. Sorry for inconvenience. We will try not to make similar mistakes in the future.
