  Pros

  - Makes pc fast
  - Cleaner and register cleaner are safe in my experience
  - Backup function (just in case)

  No cons in my opinion

  Summary

  I'm using this program for a couple of years now and it's one of the safest cleaners i have ever experienced.
  I'm using standard settings because i don't know much about registry (only know some registry options), so don't want to mess things up.
  Softpedia user reviews for CCleaner are not all positive feedback and i don't know why because it's a safe cleaner.
  Only according to a lot of softpedia users, CCleaner is not safe.
  Maybe they are messed up in the brain or they just used CCleaner in combination with other registry cleaners like advanced system care pro that probably just killed their OS.
