First it is completely free on like other softwares that are usless or have little use unless you buy it, it does what it saids it does and it is truely helpful.

I have been messing with my computer for the last 12 hours. Nothing was working, I tried downloads of all kinds of programs to clean my registry and to make my computer function at all. Windows and Explorer were frozen. My taskbar didn't work. I was able to go online in safe mode, downloaded this little program, which happened to be free, and half an hour later my computer is back to normal, actually running faster than it was before this mess started, when I tried to remove a piece of software which was annoying me. I had even tried (unsuccessfully) reinstalling Windows. Thank heaven for this great little program.

This is a great program! I run it about once every other day to keep useless files off my computer and to clear history and much much more. I use this along with registry mechanic to keep my registry clear of crap and I have never had a problem with this program! I have installed it on several peoples computers and none of them have ever reported a problem. I have cleared up between all the computers its installed on about 15 gigabytes (yes...gigabytes) of useless files, some computers having as much as 3-4 gigs of useless files sitting on them. Definitely a must have download!

CCleaner is amazing. I use it to uninstall programs, clear Firefox's cache and private data, and scan my registry for errors.
