Have to run it manually in the free version and doesn't have a stelth mode.

I have been using Ccleaner for quite a while. I don't understand all the information it brings up that needs taking care of, but it had good reviews, so I just let it clean things up. I also backup the issues it suggests I back up, in case something goes wrong. So far, no problems. Good program.

Note: The current version number as of today (7/27/07)is 1.41.544. Stable updates are released regularly!
This program is a Godsend. It's free, free of bloat, quickly removes your temporary files (including those of many 3rd party apps), and even cleans up your registry with a simple, built-in back-up feature. On top of that it can delete those temporary files using the very secure NSA method. This is not a file-shredder, it's a crap cleaner -- and it does it's job brilliantly with the click of one button.
