"Great product, simple and powerfull"

Resolves all privacy, temp files etc issues in no time. Looks simple yet it is very powerfull and smart tool.

No aware of any cons, it's practically perfect.

I was getting a message that my recycle bin was corrupt when trying to delete files. I tried several different programs but this is the only one that fixed the problem.

Updates easily and does a great job of scanning your system.
Cons
You have got to take the time to set up what it scans and what you want it to ignore. This is less of a con than a caution.

Pros
The main "Pros" going for this product is the HUGE number of positive user reviews it has received over the years. I can't remember it doing any real magic for me but I run it now and then and it always finds a lot of things to remove/clean up. I always let it clean up the lot (based on the above happy users, and I am confident the programmers know more about it than I do.) Even with the registry check I trust it and have never been sorry.

Not really a "Con" but I have been confused about CCEnhancer - presumably written by same people(?), but what extra does it do and why? I reckon if it's worthwhile it should just be built into the main CCleaner program??

Excellent, solid product. Seems to be genuinely useful and has never caused me any probs, even the registry cleaner.

Really cleans all the cr*p off your machine. PC runs faster and smoother.
Cons
Doesn't really tell you what it is you're deleting... Haven't made a huge mistake, but could see it happening if I wasn't careful.
