rubbish, does not work, no instructions, plus you have to agree to install the crappy Babylon toolbar and crappy Babylon as your default search engine (which displays a lot of crap and has bad search results too.)
CNET does not give ANY details about the publisher of the software (poor reflection on you too cnet: you have gone way down hill in the last few years)Summary

There isn't even an executable that works. The Wizard boots and then fails. This should be reprogrammed entirely, and come with a set of non-code-gibberish instructions

There are no pros because I haven't been able to use the product

The only con is that I haven't been able to successfully install the product.Other than that, I can't determine any other problems because I haven't been able to use the product.
Summary
I couldn't install the product, as my computer management console didn't actually recognize the product. I tried uninstalling it, rebooting the computer, then reinstalling it again. Upon rebooting, it came up with a message asking me to use the C-media AC97 audio device CD to install the product again. I did not have this disc. Alternatively, I could've browsed for a certain file, which I did, and it found the file. However it did not install it correctly, because the management console said that the audio device could not be recognized, or it was malfunctioning.
