"Software free, Service isn't"
Pros: The software is free, but usless unless you signup for the service which is 30 days free then 14.95 a year
Cons: Monthly fee, usless program with out service, not help for "Windows Telephoney" setup

"not a valid win32 application in windows XP, hence cannot be installed"
Pros: cannot be installed on windows XP
Cons: cannot be installed on windows XP, error message generated is "not a valid win32 application" when clicked on the downloaded file to install on the computer

"Waste of time - steer clear of this program"
Pros: I picked this product over CallWave because it seemed to have more features, and it was cheaper. The trial product worked well, so we thought Buzme was reliable. Buzme support has been good, by trying to help find solutions to the problems.
Cons: After the trial expired and we paid our $15 yearly fee, Buzme didn't work correctly one time. We have traded e-mails with techsupport but to no avail. We definitely DO NOT recommend using Buzme for anyone!

Pros: Don't know...could not test it.
Cons: I just wanted the caller id feature..I do not want to sign up for the service. Can't access the software without signing up for the service.

Pros: This service is okay for the little bit of money that it costs. Althoug it could be much better.
Cons: Their update is totally messed up---so much so, that I was mssing all of my calls.. I had to delete their update and go with the previous version to get it to work. And any support or advice is almost nil. Letting me too figure out a cure for the problem myself.
