Version: Business Plan Toolkit 1.0
"Palo Alto Software is great"
Pros: This free download is just to show you what the real software can do, limited functions in this free trial. I purchased their business plan software and got $80,000 in financing to start my company. $50,000 bank loan and $30,000 in private issue stock. The software allowed me to prepare a professional business plan in just a few days. Once you go through the program it compiles your data into a fully customizable word document. I was then able to alter it for final publishing.
Cons: This tool only has a few calculators and links to some free business plan. I bought the full version, well worth $100
