From Burn4Free :Burn4Free CD and DVD is a burning solution that's compatible with more than 3,000 DVD and CD burners. Burn data and audio from different file types (WAV, WMA, MP3, OGG, FLAC, WavPack, and CDA). Burn and save ISO files, open and save your project to disk, verify content, print compilations, copy DVDs, and import your audio compilation from M3U and ASX playlists. The drives supported include dual-layer DVD, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, and DVD-RAM (SCSI, IDE, EIDE, and USB 1.0 and 2.0). Version 3 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
Note: This download installs additional Internet Explorer toolbar that can be uninstalled separately at any time from within the browser.

"Good, but loads toolbar onto Internet Explorer"
Pros: Does what I need it to do.
Cons: Loads a toolbar onto IE without asking. It can be removed quickly though through add/remove programs.

Pros: Nice user friendly interface, seems to have lots of options for various burning, easy to use (once I looked it up in the 'help' section'), add's itself to the 'right click' facility in Windows so you can highlight tunes as usual, then right click and burn directly from there.
If you are after something that is fairly small, free and easy to use then you can't go wrong with this program!
Cons: It didn't seem obvious how to add music to burn, so I had to go through the help section and found that it was quite simply (as above - highlight music then right click to burn).

"Works well with Vista and allows Multi-Session copying..."
Pros: Seems to be the only free cd/dvd burning app that actually works with Vista. I've tried the others on multiple Vista systems - BurnOn, InfraRecorder, PureDVD, ImgBurn - and while the first three have many issues with Vista or do not work at all, ImgBurn does not offer a multi-session (TAO) option. Burn4free runs without errors in my testing, has a full range of options, and is highly customizable (and you can remove the toolbar). Please donate whatever you can to this developer to continue development of this software. For now it is all we have to depend on.
Cons: I believe Burn4Free would be better served to drop the IE toolbar (although it can be removed) because as more and more users discover this much needed application I believe the donations will increase. Toolbars tend to turn users off to the product.
