"Used to be good, took a nose-dive"

Pros
Covers all areas needing protection. Reasonably intuitive and user friendly. Very attentive support.
Cons
Doesn't seem to keep up as well as other programs with the latest viruses, started letting in some really nasty stuff even though I am a careful about which sites I visit, so I have no idea how that started happening. But I just didn't feel protected anymore.
Plus the firewall started blocking my favourite games. Support tried to help, but we were just going in circles after a while. Certain firewall tweaks that can be done in other forewall programs can't be done by the user with this one, support even admitted to me that I couldn't unblock the games myself I would have to wait until Bullguard released a fix. I found another firewall that gives me a lot more control (while it blocked my games at first, it let me allow them afterwards).Summary
Used to be my favourite security suite, but their quality and usability has gone way downhill. Stopped using it.
