Version: Bubbloids 1.2b
"VERY VERY COOL SCREEN SAVER!!!"
Pros: This is one of the better screen savers I have in my collection. I say this because the bubbles are configurable (number of, size & speed), you can choose your own picture of any thing you want, or (and this to me is the cool part) you can use your desktop pic as the background! It hides your icons and such and just uses the picture from your desktop! How cool is that?!!!
It's a nice change from the run of the mil types. Nothing offensive, all family quality. For the familys with kids, and kids alike, you should check out their web site for more. It's a Dutch site geared towards children & learning. All their other scnsvrs are for the little ones in us all. Perfect for you folks that have todlers with PC's or an account on yours. (Big kids like me can enjoy them too.)
Background pics that come with it can each be choosen or used with the random setting. 'Stones' and 'Spring' are two of my favorites. Jungle looks more like a close up of two wooly worms to me, but it's nice all the same.
They're all 2D, but who cares! It's a screen saver! I installed it nice and quick on my Windows XP system without a problem. Runs just fine! If you like scnsvrs (heck, even if ya don't) you should dwnld this one! Kids will love it too! Bubbles bounce off of each other and the edges of the screen. Nice effect as they pass over the picture. Try it! You'll like it!
