From Realore Studios:

The goal of this puzzle game is to put three or more ice bubbles of the same color together to remove them from the playing field. Each time you clear an entire ice field, you advance to the next level. The catch is, for every ice bubble you fire from your bubble launcher, the temperature in the ice cave increases and the bubbles drop toward you. Clear them all before they crush your launcher, or it's back to the Ice Age for you. Bubble Ice Age offers four game modes and several difficulty levels.

This color-matching game tests both your reaction time and aim. As in many similar programs, your goal in Bubble Ice Age is to match like-colored balls to remove them from the board. Since the row of balls steadily advances upon you, you'll need to aim your gun quickly and accurately to keep from getting crushed. The graphics and sound effects are standard for this type of game, although we like the arctic twist. You can select from four different game variations and choose to play in five difficulty modes. Even on the medium setting, we found the program more challenging than many of its type. We appreciate the amount of customization options this game provides. Bubble Ice Age offers a number of ball styles, lets you set the gun sensitivity, and allows you to choose how many snowflakes appear onscreen. You also can play in full-screen or windowed mode and adjust the volume. If you enjoy this type of game, Bubble Ice Age makes a fine choice.
