Version: Bryce 5
"Mac Version Not Working Properly"
Pros: I give it two stars only because I've found other versions of the program to be very good. This is the only version I've found that seems to have this problem. Note: I've also tried the Windows version of Bryce 5 and the Open/Save As dialogs work fine in that one.
Cons: There appears to be a problem with the Mac version of this program where the Open/Save As dialogs come up BEHIND the main application window, making them inaccessible and the program appears to hang. While it's possible to get to the Open/Save As dialog by doing a Command/TAB to go to another application, clicking anywhere in the dialog causes the program to return to the main application window and back into it's hung state. At this point, the only way to exit the application is to do a force/quit. Without access to the Open/Save As dialogs, the program is essentially unusable.

Version: Bryce 5
Pros: quite a lot of flexibility with controls and objects
Cons: The download wasn't corrupt for me, though I also have the bug of the Save dialog opening in the background. Beyond that, there's the following MAJOR flaws: the interface is a small area and can't seem to use the full display although it hides the menu bar & dock leaving so much wasted space; CPU runs CONTINUOUSLY at at least 70% even when doing nothing; the interface is very difficult to figure out (don't skip the tutorial!). It's good that it's free as I wouldn't pay money for this software.

Version: Bryce 5
Pros: I love the software, or the version I've used before (3D) and the demo I successfully downloaded from the DAZ site.
Cons: This download doesn't work. It won't unstuff correctly. I get a formatting error and the application file has 0 bytes.

Version: Bryce 5
"file not corrupt - need expander 10.0"
Pros: This file does not get expanded correctly by Stuffit Expander 9.0, you need to upgrade to version 10.0, then the expansion and installation works without a problem.

Version: Bryce 5
Pros: I've used other versions in the past and loved it.
Cons: Can't save," save as, export, or export as". So what good is the free program if it doesn't work. If I do try to save a file, the only way out is to force quit.
