"Slow and full of security vulnerabilities"

Pros
Hard to think of any - the graphics look nice I suppose.
Cons
Having finally got the setup to work the product was hacked within a week due to a known SQL exploit - not good.

This done huge damage to my companies credibility. The product is slow and user interface whilst having nice graphics simply isn't logical.Summary
If you need to have a CRM system online you need to be very sure the vendor understands security and speed. Beware giving your valuable customer information to this product.

Pros
I love that it is broswer based and a complete CRM package. I uploaded the installation to my website, setup was a snap and away I went. I love that it integrats with my email and I do my contacts, opportunities, mail and marketing all out of one system. Now I am organized and making more money. Thanks.

"Getting This To Setup"

Pros
Didn't get to use it, so cannot fairly judge its effectiveness. Would not self-install.
Cons
It downloaded files to my computer but provided no "user friendly" means to set up the application. I suppose it is designed for computer programmers well versed (and with enough time and energy) in setting up programs that do not self load. I, though quite computer literate, do not want to spend an hour trying to figure out how to install the program
