Bridge is a feature-packed help desk and issue-tracking system for your organization. It is a scalable client/server application that allows you to track problems and issues or track software bugs and defects within your technical department and easily eliminate communication bottlenecks. Its features include dynamic definition of fields to track, hot lists, graphs, automatic paging, an email interface, reports, and a query function for searching within your issue history. Whether or not you have a formal help desk, this program can help you control technical issues. New features include an internal knowledge base and the ability to customize windows, plus the ability to download updates from the web. Bridge 99 now comes with a web interface component! This component allows unlimited users to add and update issues, view hotlists, and access the knowledge base. With this demo download, the paging and e-mail interface is disabled. A Maximum of 100 issues can be entered in the knowledge base.
