Pros
I installed this with no problem on Vista Home Premium.
It took 13 seconds to find 27k mp3s and organize. Various Playback modes.
Very easy to add and delete folders. Well worth the money!!
Cons
No LastFM plug in yet.

Scanned my d-drive in about a minute and built a collection. Screen looks good once you've spaced the covers.

Best one yet I've seen for using at parties - anyone can add tracks to teh playlist without help. Otherwise very good as a simple album based player
Cons
Uses filenames rather than tags which menas you have to have good file names. Needs a tidy folder structure on your PC.

It lets u tweak it's appearance pretty easy...change space between album arts and their sizes, change background color, etc. And the fact that it's organized according to folder names, not tags makes it quite convenient plus there's various playing modes. It's really easy to set up and there's no nag screen...
Cons
Not really a "con" but i'd suggest that when minimized it'd feature a mouseover tab or notifier so you can know what's playing without actually opening the window.

Does what it says on the tin, the interface is simple, uncluttered, fast and easy to use.
Cons
Not as many features as others and not a ripper, though the registered version has search and disk scan features.
