Version: BounceBack Ultimate 9.1
Pros: The software was so easy to install, I literally accepted the default settings and a full backup of my hard drive was automatically completed. I didn't have to read any complicated manuals, help files or configure any custom settings. It was easy!
Cons: I would not change one thing about this product.
