  Pros

  How should I know? The icon shows for two seconds, and then disappears.

  Cons

  Does not work. I wrote to customer support, never got an answer.

  It's definitely not good to hear that Boom is not working on your Mac but it's a little unusual to hear that Boom support did not respond. Could you please send the mail to boom [at] globaldelight [dot] com? We will look into this and help you with steps.
